Hello Everyone!

Due to the fact that I bought a Tacoma a little over a year ago I have been out of the Cruiser/ IH8MUD game lately. I spent quite a bit of time here owning a 100 series and then an 80.

Im back, posting my fathers Land Cruiser for sale! Many of you might recognize this cruiser as it was I4C4LO's before my father bought it a couple years ago. As you will see this cruiser is built to the max with everything from a super charger to lockers to an aux fuel tank.

Below Ill list everything I know about it. Feel free to call/text or email any questions and if I don't know something Ill get a hold of Amando (past owner) and get the question answered/ clarified.

The rig runs strong. Minimal surface rust (CA car its whole life minus a few months of Montana living). No major dents or body damage. No leaks. Interior is clean. In great condition for a 1999.

The only problem that we've encountered since ownership was a CEL that had something to do with "O2 bank sensors" (Ill get more clarification on this if interested) This caused the cruiser to die randomly. Maintenance was taken care of to get rid of this problem and since hasn't died in over a year.

The cruiser is located in the bay area, ca. Specifically just north of Napa, ca.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks guys. I tried selling it locally to friends, family or co-workers with no dice. The time has come to bring it to the IH8MUD marketplace!

I would honestly love to take it off my fathers hands but I don't think the lady would allow a 2nd adventure rig!

Hope it goes to a good home.

Do you have pictures of the undercarriage . In california but Montana plates, will it pass cali emissions?

I cannot speak for this vehicle, but I just smogged a new to me supercharged 100 with DT headers. While it was smogged in Denver, it passed with flying colors. My understanding is that the TRD supercharger was CAFE legal.

*Edit* ha ha it passed with flying colors after failing now that I think about it. It went through the entire test and the fail for... a bad gas cap! Once the cap was replaced it was all good.

Nice looking Hundy. Am I missing something, how do you have factor front lockers on a '99?

You can just install them aftermarket.

To the OP, did you install electric or air lockers?

Not a factory front locker...probably an ARB.
Slee and others can utilize an 80 Series "Magic Dial" to actuate the aftermarket front locker as well as the factory rear locker available on these 98-99s.

I will post up some more pictures. It lived in Montana for about a half a year. Then plans changed and it was brought back to CA. Other than the few months in MT, its been a CA cruiser its whole life.

It passes smog.

Wow that is a great price! Well built and looks to be in very good shape.

I hope this one will be coming to the right coast... :) let me know Ryan....

Sick truck. I sold a fj43 to @tracknod and he is the easiest dude to do business with. Great guy that makes transactions go smooth and pleasant.
