This Green LX470 has 248K miles and looks like a well cared for "Mall Cruiser"
Lot of service history and all at the Charlotte Lexus service center.
BUT, nothing about Timing Belt or Water Pump.
Could this thing have its original Timing Belt and Water Pump?

Personally I think its likely to be a screaming buy.

Yep. Its a buy as long as its had decent service and isnt too rusty. The front seats have already been redone and thats a big plus in my book. Even if it needs a tb/wp and full baseline of fluids and stuff, its still a good deal. If you can wrench it yourself, throw $1500 in parts at it and have a very solid truck for under $8k. Plus its a good color. Sounds like a winner.

This car has been on CL for a long long time... give it a long look and checkout for your own sanity...also the guy's been playing with numbers.. i have seen it as low as $5800 if I remember correctly.

Did not know that. It does present itself well in pictures.
Must be something messed up on it -- maybe the CarFax shows something or perhaps the AHC is hosed????

So CW I have also been looking at buying LX's and learning a lot of lessons. First thing IMHO Pics dont give to much detail on how clean the body is. They just give you a overall look but the details I found were only clear when you see the car with your own eyes.. so i would take pictures with a grain of salt.
