Toyota/Denso spare coil pack
Super-Pro poly steering rack bushings installed.
I made a custom stainless steel tail gate cover to replace the carpet. It makes a great prep table and work bench.
If you want it I have a plywood platform that I made for the rear. It is crude but with the rear seats folded it made for a nice sleeping platform/storage area.
The good:
Heated leather seats.
3rd row seating
Stock cd/tape player
Sun roof
Newer Interstate Mega-tron battery
Engine and transmission do not leak or burn fluid.
The bad:
-Front differential leaks gear lube. It is a slow leak from the passenger side axle seal. It should be a fairly easy fix I just never found the time to do it. It was easier for me to check/top off the fluid every month than it was to just replace the seal. It has never ran low on fluid it has only ever taken a small amount to fill back up.
-There is a small pocket of rust on the driver side rear fender well.
-Road noise. I seem to be the only person that notices it but I figured I'd mention it anyway. It is a low frequency sounds that is nearly impossible for me to influence with acceleration, braking and speed. It in no way feels or sounds like a mechanical issue or anything critical in the drivetrain. I've been told by several auto mechanics that it is just road noise and I shouldn't worry about it. They recommended having the tires balanced and the alignment checked.
Tires are not balanced.
Drivers seat has a rip in leather
The ugly:
Needs a good bath and detailing.
Paint is flaking off of the factory roof rack
Minor pealing of the plasti-dip.
Minor Utah pin stripes. Not a lot and none are down to the paint just a few are noticeable in the sunlight.
My thoughts:
This 100 series has been an outstanding vehicle that works very well on and off road. It's hard to justify owning five registered vehicles between me and my wife which is why we've decided to sell it. It has the ARB locker which replaced the troublesome/weak oem 2 pinion front differential, it has a great lift and sliders all of which will save money vs. buying outright. I hope I've painted a good picture with this add but please feel free to ask any questions if you have them. I'm happy to add more pics if needed.
Call, text or PM me anytime. Four 3 five seven seven 0 one 6 1 6. Located near Logan Utah local pickup only. Thanks,
Andrew
