1998 HDJ100 FTE, No cats, Colorado Emissions.

Hey all, swapping a 98 FTE into my 80. Looking at the FTE exhaust. There's currently no o2 sensors or cats.

Its a japanese market vehicle, anyone had luck with emissions in Colorado post swap?

Yes I hate dealing with ****ing emissions, but moving isn't in the cards currently lol.

Ill just say that in 2022, I saw expired tags daily, some hadn't been renewed since 2011.

I moved and now have no emissions and the truck is titled in GA.

Sry not.much help ,but i facd the same issue on my straight piped 1hdt. Fortune smiled her toothless smile and I left with my 80.

Rising sun members might can help. I'd heard my best chance was up towards longmont to loveland and to find a diesel shop doing emissions.

Hahaha im one of them, my lx450 didn't have cats, had a temp tag for almost a year.
