Wonder what the back story is on the locker knob but no lockers.

The former po bought axles and was going to put them in. Only got this far and sold to me. I chose not to purchase the axles at the time as i was not going to ever wheel it.

At least it wasn't a slimy dealer who put the $45 switch in and porked some sucker for a couple $K. Definitely a good idea to disclose, since there are so many people looking for the magic switch.
