We'll pull the instrument cluster next week when I return from the U.K. and do some additional trouble shooting. I need to upgrade the LED lighting anyway.

I really didn't need another vehicle but I couldn't resist the uniqueness and the fact that it's LHD. **

Since my 77 Series isn't a daily driver and I seldom drive it at night, I thought I would take advantage of the federal governments mandate that now makes the sun set at 2:30pm. :)
I now see that some of my lights could stand some adjustments for better effectiveness.

Interior LED conversion is now complete.

It looks like your gauges are about be abducted
The brightness is somewhat exaggerated due to the close proximity of the camera. I'm going to drive it for a while to better judge the overall comfort level.

Great build and information, just a wee bit of BS here and there but well worth going through.
Your BS meter must be set very low but thanks anyway. :)

Hello Charles,

I noticed the same thing when I did my upgrade. It looked too bright when photographed but it was fine under normal driving conditions.

This is one of those upgrades with a nice "money well spent" feeling.

How readable are your odometer digits in nighttime?

Hi Juan, Although my current dash lights are more than suitable, I'm probably going to try a softer white (slight yellow tint) just for grins. Rob has the bulbs on order.

Another piece of the LED puzzle is now in place. Parking / brake lights are now converted to LED thanks to Odd Iron Off Road.
