My itty-bitty air compressor came in handy this morning. :)

A 27 year old Cruiser + an ARB air compressor was able to extinguish this light on my son's fancy Tacoma. :)

Thanks for the post, Charles. It reminded me that the :princess: Lexus required periodic service for a slow leak.

No lockers at our house, but the OBA (Off Board Air) solution for the Cruisers is a Viair with battery post clamps. Not as cool as your ARB, but it works...

Hello,

That fancy warning light is of little use if no air supply is available. Just my humble opinion.

No replacement for checking the pressure every two weeks or so, I think.

Your mechanical skills seem to be improving... :)

Thanks, but skills don't enter into it, much. I have an unlimited supply of hot air, but while the volume is substantial, pressure is not adequate for filling tires. As a result, the aux compressor is always nearby.

Rough-riding OEM run-flats were replaced with decent Michelins and a space-saver spare. The new tires handle much better and leak less than the original gear. I will deal with the leak before Spring.

Research and development almost complete.......
The new LED dome light .....

I need to order a few of these again.

The things I have learned thus far ......
Most LED dome light kits are crap. (Poor quality circuit boards, poor quality LED bulbs, fragile wiring and amateur soldering)
Even the better ones require numerous modifications to correct the above issues.

Finally replaced the ARB mounted fog / recognition lights which were never adequate.

And there would be at least twelve switches required to operate them....:flipoff2:

Corrected ......... One guarded switch linked to twelve computers.

Of course. I am humbled. :slap:

Isn't there a hydraulic circuit in there someplace?:grinpimp:

Are hydraulic systems are color coded (green, blue, & yellow) because pilots like a colorful cockpit. :)

I am just waiting on darkness to see if I have adequate light.

You could land that thing in a London fog......:hillbilly:
