Are you running stock 4.11 gears? If so you can correct the speedo fairly easily. You change the speedo drive and driven gears. Stock you should have an 18 tooth driven gear. You change that to a 16 tooth driven gear, 33403-69075, and a slightly larger diameter drive gear, 33481-60061. You can do it without removing the rear output housing. All you do is remove the rear output flange and the driven gear/sleeve. You can slide the old drive gear off. You will also need a rear output seal and output nut.
