I had planned to use this cruiser a lot for camping and having fun in the hills but after a year of just driving it around town I can't really justify keeping it. Life always seems to get in the way of fun But my busy schedule can benefit you! The engine swap was done about 40k miles ago and runs strong. With the new motor, lift, and brand new wheels and tires you can tell a lot of money has already been put into this rig. Shoot me a message with any questions you have. $5000 obo.

OK I got some questions from a guy and thought I'd post the info here for others who might have the same questions.

*DISCLAIMER*
I'm not very auto savvy. This LC was going to be my learner rig but I couldn't get around to it. I apologize in advance for any questions I might not have the answer to but ask questions anyway! This cruiser belonged to my step-dad and he knows lots about it so I bet most of the answers are only a phone call away.



Does it have any rust?
There are a few spots on the roof where some of the paint has chipped and there is some very minor surface rust. Other than that it's good. We don't have much of a rust problem in this part of the country!

How long have you owned it?
I bought it from my step-dad last March (2009) so I've had it almost a year. He had it for a few years before that and he bought it from the original owner who is a friend of his.

What is the VIN?
JT3FJ60G2F1127413

Did you put the motor in?
I did not. My step-dad did it for the original owner right before he bought it.

What tranny/tcase is it using?
I don't really know much detail about this kind of thing. I had planned on learning a lot about auto repair and maintenence with this FJ but like I posted, never got around to it. My step-dad did tell me it's got the stock transmission with just a different bell housing that fits it to the V8. Does that sufficiently answer the question?

What adapter it?
I'm sorry but I don't know what you mean by this. If you don't mind explaining this to me I would be happy to find out.

It is a 4 speed and it has a gear-splitter so hi and lo for each gear.

OK the engine came out of a 1990 C-1500. It is a TB350.
