1984 Land Cruiser FJ60 Build (2 Viewers)

Working on drawers for the FJ60. On the right, the fridge slide accommodates either of my 2 12v fridges or RTIC cooler. I can also put 2 Frontrunner boxes there. On the left I have a 32” long drawer with a lid for flat surface area. Slide out table creates more flat surface area.

The crate is temporary. I’ll be making another drawer in that area. I will finish the box mostly with carpet.

Participated in the 2024 All Toyotafest in Long Beach, California. My family enjoyed the event and all the cool Toyotas. I was able to see many of my Toyota loving friends and meet people I follow on social media in person. I was told this year had the most Land Cruisers in attendance ever. Hopefully, I can participate again next year.

Posted a walkaround video of our 1984 Land Cruiser. It's not an example of a professionally restored FJ60. I'm just sharing it as is. This was during a camping trip in Santa Barbara, California, early January 2025.



I still need to get my AC and windshield wipers fixed. I'll also be replacing the 7 year old battery.

Installed a couple of Auxbeam products on the 1984 FJ60. Tried to be minimal about it. Aux lights nowadays have a modern styling, but I chose a basic 7" round light with amber covers. The switch panel is also one of their basic products and was easily installed, positioned very low under the dash. The switch panel and fuse box were installed with included mounts. The light is incredibly bright and illuminates objects almost 3 blocks away, outshining my headlight.
