I've heard of the Toyota Trekker...a custom conversion that resulted in the first 4Runner.

Trailblazer? Nope.

The TrailBlazer is similar to the Trekker, if not the same (maybe then were trying on names?) It's a 1st gen 4x4 truck modified into something like a 4Runner. I think Winnebago may have done the conversions...?

The bed was also shifted forward on the mounts to get it to but up against the cab.

There was also a Trailblazer that was out of a different converter. This vehicle used an all fiberglass back half as opposed to the trekker.

The trailblazer was a conversion done by Griffith. 4x4 Wire mentions it and the trekker in the toyota FAQ.
