Doesn't look to be converted. No vents on the front fenders, though no G badge either...could be a 1981 production year Canadian truck.

I talked to the owner yesterday. (Saw it on CL before here)

Its an original Canadian truck with factory diesel/4 speed. Had a "light resto" 6-7 years ago. said frame is good, a bit of rust on fenders. has 200km. top speed of about 55mph. (ouch)
