I recently started a business and business is good, too good to play with my project. In case some of you recognize my user account, you'll know I've been through a few dozen cruisers and have never had an unhappy customer. This one is destined to be a $40-50k truck!!!
I bought this truck from So. Cal about 18 months ago. It was completely stripped down and painted Mustard yellow and has an excellent body. This was left original, with the spotweld detents and all. Paint is nearly perfect, except that there are a few bubbles in the corners of front doors and around rim of tub. These are surface only and a spot blaster and touch up will suffice.
The wheel wells, tub, corners, fenders, hood are all perfect. In fact there is only one thing wrong with the body/frame, it's that someone tried to mount a swingarm tire mount and cut up the rear bumper frame. It will need to come out and replaced to make this a perfect truck, I have an original member with the gussets to go with. Also, the rear bed is sprayed with a toughliner, I wouldn't have done that because the metal is in such great shape it would look great yellow, your call.
I believe I have every single part, new in the boxes, to complete this truck. The interior is out of it, but I have all new seat covers, a new full dash installed, new Toyota front bumper complete, 5 brand new chrome ARW wheels and 5 zero mile BFG AT KO 31x10.50 tires. Power steering, Optima battery, new wires and plugs, runs great although it's been sitting for a few years - I need to drain the fuel and replace fuel filter and pump.
The truck has 34k original and documented miles!!! I was told that this belonged to MC Hammer, can't confirm that but it would explain the low mileage.
The frame is really nice, a wire brush and paint will make it look new, the gas tank is in great shape too.
I have all top shelf replacement parts, probably $3-5k worth of parts in boxes including interior, headliner, bolts, accessories, seat cushions, too much to list.
Guys, you will not be disappointed with this one. I just simply dont have the time. I will sacrifice this one for $15k FIRM. You should not need to buy any parts for this one, it just needs time to make it perfect. Whoever buys it will at a minimum double their investment and probably triple it.
I wanted to give you all first shot at it here, before going on eBay and all the deadbeat bidders there.
Truck is located in Middletown OH, between Dayton and Cincinnati.
