Thanks guys!! Glad yall like it;)!!

When I did the passenger side to noticed the gas tank filler hole was to low. So I had to modify that quarter to keep the original lines. I wound up cutting out / around the gas tank filler.

Drilled out too many spot welds... I got carried away with myself. When I installed the panel for a initial test fit, I saw my problem.

I'm trying to keep tight fit at the top here. Notice how the bottom is kicked out . I will deal with this later.

With the tight fit around back.... and the tight fit here next to the rocker.... I think I'm golden:cookie::cookie:

Here are some pics around the gas tank filler.

I struggled with welding up the existing spot welds. I used my copper backing plate, but still was a pain.

I feel like I put too much heat in this area around the filler neck, not only from welding but also grinding.

It was a real pain to get my quarter panel to fit exactly like I want it on the passenger side. When I made my final cut on the panel I came up short by about 1/8 in. This area will have seam sealer on it and hopefully will cover well. (Notice on the right where the quarter laps over the "B" pillar.)

I have wanted to have a dual swing out carrier for spare tire, cooler and gas cans. But I couldn't see myself spending big $$$ on a dual swing out bumper.

So today I was lurking around and found something that might work.

Here are some more
What do you guys think. He has been working on this for a year. I had to post this cause it looks great, and it is quite neat with the duel rear tire carriers.
