Circled in yellow = HIC hot idle compensator ( not sure what it does) you can research. I've sold those two carbs. already.

That looks fine I guess? This carb will be used on a non emissions vehicle so if you have a better one for that purpose let me know. Do all of the moving parts work freely and the rest is in good rebuildable shape?

Price $150 shipped, the one I posted photos for you the circled in Red. Throttle action works, everything is stiff but not stuck. Will need complete rebuild.
