Reading the ad it says pictures are from this winter but I think he meant last winter and it has more rust now. If the rear of the tub was reskinned and the now steel metal was not even painted how bad would the rust be in a year. Alos it has a 35 year old lien which could be a problem. I transfered a title on a old military trailer last year. It had a lien from 1962. The person at the counter laughed and just gave me a clean title. Another person might have said it needed the lien release to get a title. The lien holder was the guy's father and this guy was 86 so no way would his dad been a live to release it. Dealing with a title like this is a crap shoot, all depends who you get at DMV.
