In my mind it should be 100% perfect for that kinda change...but it ain’t.

Prefer a driver to a garage queen anyways :meh:
 
As @Ol Yeller notes, for that price, I'd expect closer to factory look.
For 50K I would want a better documented factory restore or factory original survivor.

This would have me running away for half the asking price “ Driver's side front fender has metal that was rusted through previously and was not cut out and repaired - this rust is not exterior body rust but is on the inside of the fender on a perpendicular support wing. Rust has been media blasted, along with the entire Land Cruiser and has been painted with rust inhibitor and then undercoated.”
 
Sure looks clean and in general well appointed. Someone put o lot of nice work into it. Close to being a museum piece. (With out seeing the deep dark pigs secrets). Is the roof a different green then the sides? If I were in a position to purchase it I would then go on trail rides then it wouldn’t look that way any more. So it a good thing it has a Weber carb, eliminates the California market.
