OK I'm actually on my way there now

I checked it out today. The motor is out of a used Suburban that he says has 40,000 miles on it. It is matted to the fj40 transmission and set in but he has not installed the motor mounts yet. He cut out the firewall that he didn't need to do and re welded it back in. Body is straight and in good condition. Axles look good. Dash has a big hole in it where the previous owner installed air compressor switches. I would say the condition is trail rig condition.
