Can anyone show me a picture of how the glass fuel filter mount in the engine compartment? To the engine? Fender wall? I can’t find any pictures or documents showing it. Thanks!

I put mine on the high fire wall so I could see and clean it out easily when needed. Mine came off J3 Cub -so it was use to flying

This 1969 40 that I acquired has 2 fuel filters piped in, one before the fuel pump and one after. It’s a bit sketchy… but it is a South American rig so…. Need to inspect how bad the inside of the fuel tank is… maybe there’s s reason they needed 2 fuel filters…

Bought this setup off eBay many years around.
Not sure if there was a thread is in the 40/55 section or the 25 section on the differences in the brackets used over years. The one I pictured was mostly mid 1960s or earlier. Anything pre 3/69 is hard to date. Believe the fuel pump with the hand primer ended around 1965.
