Considering selling my 1969 FJ40 Shop truck to help fund my desert racing habit.

1969 FJ40 Hardtop. Body is decent, it does have a little rust in the back corners, the hardtop cap is pretty rusty IMO. but it keeps the interior dry.
Pacific Fab 5.3 motor, Harness and Tune.
Pacific Fab Oil pan
AA Headers
Bling bling Radiator and electric fans
Optima Deep cycle
Rock Tactics motor mounts
GM NV4500
AA Tcase adapter
LC 3 Speed tcase with working brake
Disc Brake front axle
Stock FJ40 rear
Toyota truck Power steering
New 33x12.5x15 Procomp MT tires (5)

This is a running project that really just needs someone who wants to finish it. The hard work is done now its just a few loose ends to have a bad ass 40. I have SEVERAL LC's right now and need some cash to fund the habit

I will post a video soon as thats usually the best way to show these things VS pictures.

Here is a video. I will make very little guess work for a potential buyer. I have bought, sold, owned quite a few Cruisers over the years and plan to in the future. I want to know what I buy I want you to know what you are buying.

Per request here is the motor starting in -2 degrees. Why fuel injection you ask?

Seems like a pretty amazing engine. Almost too intimidating for a noob (but also beautiful in that I probably wouldn't have to worry about fixing anything for some time [as the veterans on this site have given you some strong props]). Could you point me somewhere to understand the fuel cell in the back?
With the power of that engine, it seems like 3 speed might not be enough (planning to use for daily commute ~6 miles, bit of highway)
What was your to-do list for this rig (were you to keep it?)
If you were a noob, what would you do next in this project? :worms:

If I were going to wheel this thing on anything harder than the Rubicon I would ditch the tcase. The engine and NV4500 trans are more than up to any task.
But this was being built as my shop truck. It could be a mild wheeler and would be wonderful for around town driver.

Fuel cell. There are a few types. Metal outer shell with a bladder, normally used in race cars, trucks, etc. Metal box, steel or aluminum, no rubber bladder. This
One is steel and has no bladder. That's the most basics of it.

The items I would do.
-Clean up some of the wiring, mostly the factory stuff needs looked at to get the lights and blinkers going.
-VSS needs to be delt with. When the LC 4 speed was in there it had the Jags that Run VSS. It worked great. Then I put the NV4500 tranny in and there is not enough room on the tail shaft. There are several solution to this. I will deal with it once I have some time and my next race comes and goes.
-front axle could use a wiper, seal kit.
-it's a running project
The hard work is done the little junk needs finished up.

Frame is 100% no issues.
The lights don't work and I have not even messed with them to figure out why.
The 5.3 8s a low milage from pacific fabrication. They don't sell junk and I don't know how many miles are on this one. The NV4500 miles are unknown. Shifts fine.

This is just the motor, harness and f body type oil pan
