Notched, shock extended and bump stopped. I never wanna drill another hole again...

Added a couple welds for safety.

Holy crap, the upper arm bolts weren't seized to the bushings... Ps was seized to one of the cam washers and broke but that was better than having to cut it...

It's on the ground and sitting right!

I have to track down some cam bolts and washers for the upper arms since we stripped a washer and now I don't trust the other three lol. Broke one of the original bolts when we were taking it apart so can't use those.

Otherwise I just have to double check everything and try to get some help over to get the bed back on..

Finished off a long list of odds and ends yesterday. Torqued a million bolts, repinned the douche connector we ripped apart, then made up a quick sidepipe. I guess I also deleted the muffler... Anyways the pipe is pretty well invisible when the bed is on but sounds... better? Lol

Couple buddies were nice enough to come help put the bed back on after supper and the only snag we hit is the shackle bolts being too long. A quick grind solved that and the bed was on and bolted in. I was worried the ps rear was gonna rub the fender lip after lowering but it doesn't. Probably would if I put a lot of weight in the bed so I may be borrowing my buddies fender lip rolling tool...

Still have to finish putting the bed together but im pretty pumped how it turned out.

Took it for a rip and the only issue so far is the inside lip of the wheel makes contact with an edge of the lower control arm when turned to full lock. Gonna put it on stands today and see what I can trim but I think I'm also gonna order some djm lower arms for good measure.
