Does anybody know the size of a stock FJ25 bottle jack? I thought it was the same an early 60s jacks, but the one i have doesn't seem to fit. I have been using the little one. It fits, but still rubs a little on the lid.

I have a 09110-35011 2-ton in my early ‘63 that has the shaped underseat storage like yours, but not sure if it’s the same height (it comes to same height as the rear sill).

Yep, we both have the same height tool box and same jack. Is yours mounted like mine? Next time you're in there could you take a photo of your jack mounted in the toolbox?

Looks like your bracket might be further aft, so maybe it does take the shorter jack?

This is from a ‘56 BJ25 parts book, not sure it’s any help.

This is from a’65 FJ40 parts book, and while the part number listed is the same mentioned above the “artist’s” rendering sure looks shorter than the one in the ‘56 25 book.

@tahoe40/45 @middlecalf Antony & Paul, some measurements of the RK91100 jack below for ya. The widest point at the base is 112mm; however the bottom of the top housing by the bolts protrudes another couple of mm from the base. So when laying down in your box it'll probably be sticking up about 115mm. Then 212mm from top to bottom when fully retracted. Happy to get more measurements if you need.

Pulled the Cruiser out for some fall driving. Did some repairs/upgrades earlier this summer.
Put in correct fuel pump, and new filter to pump fuel line, got a old round key made, new exhaust, and hi/lo beam switch cover from Cruiser Cult.

Went for a drive with a buddy in his 72 FJ40.

I got rid of the FJ40 rear license plate light and made a, close to FJ25 one. The base is stock size but light is a little smaller, but looks close to original light.
The light is a Mazda something license plate light, i cant remember. I got the idea from @scoobiedubes.
