15600-41010 Toyota Oil Filters

I thought I was lucky and found some of the good 15600-41010 Oil Filters on Amazon. I ordered the only 2 they said they had in stock last week. Just received them today and they are the 90915-YZZD3 filters instead. It looks like they now say there are 4 of them left. So buyer beware of this ad on Amazon:

At $14.98 a copy that is only ~3x the published list price for the 90915-YZZD3. What a deal.


By the way I know of a very small number of 41010s for 50 bucks a copy.

$50 for a filter is a little steep for me. If I found any for $20 or less I would buy a few.

Three and a half years ago when this thread originated evidence suggested the 41010 was extinct. That has proven to be inaccurate.
