Wanted 100 Series Austin, TX - $10k Clean (1 Viewer)

Hey All,

Been lurking for quite a while, but I it's time! I am looking for a 100/470 Series with 200k or less on the clock, leather in good shape, (but if it's a good enough deal for me to just put new leather in aftermarket, then I am open to that as well). I don't need much other than good guts, no rust, and something to grow with. I wouldn't mind traveling to an extent, but closer to a major airport is a plus. This will be my first. Currently driving a 2011 Tacoma, PreRunner, so ready to step up into something a bit more serious. Prefer Dark Grey, Black, White, but if the price is right, I'll look at everything!

$10k is my budget and it's pretty firm on that because I am buying before I'm selling the Tacoma. (And that's what the wife allowing me to spend my own money on lmao). If my expectations are too high, feel free to call me out on that as well. Let me know what you've got!

Currently has stock steps removed and aftermarket 18" Level8 rims with BFG All Terrains. I am considering trading it in for a tacoma to lightly build. I am in Houston too.

Yeah, but it's a prerunner, no 4x4. Hence why I want to get into something more "serious". Great truck though. Backup camera, camper shell, leather is GREAT condition. Service kept up to date and only 89k miles currently. Just too much equity tied up in it for me. Now that I have the wife in a Highlander for the kids, time to get me more of a "play" car, and pocket some money.

Oh okay. Nevermind. I was going to say I would be open to a trade with cash on my end, but i would be looking to get more than $10k for my 100. Good luck looking, there are plenty that pop up in the hill country. I looked at several over there when I was buying my 100 about 3 years ago.

@Ouray19 - I did take a look at the Green LX earlier this evening, clean car, I just wasn't prepared to purchase the car without an inspection. He had an appointment potential buyer from Dallas minutes after our meeting.

I could maybe be talked into selling my '99 since I've been thinking about getting into an '03+ or an 80.

I bought it from a nice lady in Austin in Nov 2014 with 154k miles. She owned it since 2002 who had a folder of everything done to it since 2001. She bought from a family member that purchased it new. Always garaged kept.

It's a Texas Hundy so of course no rust.

181k miles. TB done at 98k miles.

**EDIT..Sep 8th** I've received some PMs asking if it was flooded during Harvey.
THIS 100 HAS NOT BEEN FLOODED. My neighborhood does not flood and my LC was safe sleeping in the garage. Thank goodness!
