finally got the below

dialed in .
a few notable tweeks to make it factory , fit , form , function etc ….
- trap-door OEM box , each side was rubbing the ID of the factory 62 radio bezels most end edges , enough to make me pull off the surround again ( I had not yet P2 JIS Vessel’d it home yet thankfully …
- I used a hand-held snap-on super-fine flat-bastard on each side live-edge of the trap door box , only taking the little sharp-ish angle

end details down to the flat where the box door is the normal thickness
I would say : 1.5mm ishs tops …
That ways prefect and after loosing up all 4 main OEM Radio Double DIN screws to the dash exoskeleton , to give me a forgiveness factor
I center radio with radio trim panel again just snapped in place no screws
I was skooled back in the day on Double DINS if you do have a centering alignment tweek to make / preform ?
You take a site protection device , clean shop rag or big clean full length leather welding glove neatly folded square and get your left hand ( because I’m right handed ) and press in the right outer perimeter non-display or other kid-gloves areas and apply the “ death-grip “ push and don’t move that left hand a micron …!
You take your right hand and and un-snap the double DIN radio bezel over your left arm telescope style as far as you can and have your SST at the ready within reach and star-sequential pattern all 4 screws down even -steven so that mother will not move once you release the death grip push-technique…
It worked clock-work Smurf as it always does …
Sure a 2nd person here is a better go at it …
But you have remember , or if your not aware ?

- So far I can’t find human generated audible anything …
- I knew that might be the case or maybe no AM and or FM too ?
- so the now new de-void channel can be utilized for my planned stand alone satellite

radio subscription gizmo exclusively and no Lame antenna jack T-Splitter monkey

note : I swapped the incandescent little green rubber cap equipped OEM KOITo for a OEM blue LED , I also added a 2nd same spec. Micro-peanut bulb socket w/ pigtails and looped it around the rear to avoid the moving parts , it lands in the LH / opposing side and clocked at the same angle and general distance to the clear tuner display lens …
