Considerations for potentially selling my 88

I'm guessing without any knowledge on the subject, that collectible wise, manual windows is a "plus" in terms of value on a FJ62 perhaps?

Kinda like having a slick top E90 gen M3 with no Navigation, which are far more desirable than the higher factory spec models.
I would think this feature would be a plus, although as an owner regularly using the vehicle I'd greatly prefer a manual transmission and shoulder seat belts in the rear. I believe 88s only have lap belts.

correct 88's had rear lap belts, 89+ had rear 3 point belts

maybe I'm getting old but I like the electric windows in my 62 series, nice rolling down the pass front to talk to a neighbor and for air circulation especially when I'm transporting the puppies

Yes, I agree that power windows are convenient and are also my preference if they're working well. That's a big "if" with a 62. Mine simply wouldn't AT ALL in cold weather.

My 80 isn't much better. Power windows on old Subarus, OTOH, seem to work just fine.

I'm thinking the manual windows will be a plus 😅. Anything electrical 30+ years old is a liability in my book
