Installing a charcoal canister into my de-smogged 2f. It seems straight forward but I am trying to figure out where this fitting goes to? I think it should go to a hard line that goes into the engine bay. But I can’t find it. Does the hard line run under the tank? First picture is of the fitting...

Hi, I have a 1FZ-FE and believe the charcoal canister is blocked. Bad fuel economy and over/under pressure when opening the fuel tanks for filling. Has anyone experienced a blocked canister and how negatively did it effect your fuel economy?
