I have been running a dual battery system for a while. Second battery was a built 100ah lipo on the wits end qpm. I abused the lipo battery and need to replace it.

I went back to an oem charcoal canister, but the bottom connector was broken. The ac Delco unit was getting crushed and was still letting the gas tank pressurize. I really don't see how the oem unit can go bad. More likely I think the lines to it get clogged or the vsv stops working.

I had the front diff out and had it rebuilt.
Carrier bearing spun.
It's all back together now but it won't unlock.
I pulled the lock sensor and I can move the internals with a screwdriver.

I got a few messages last week asking if I could make these. So here they are, they turned out really nice. Made of acrylic and attached with double sided tape. I can do custom or LX ones too. The lettering is mirrored like oem. For any one doing a restoration.

I am getting close to finishing my Rock / Puddle lights. It's taken a lot of tweaking to make a good mount. They use the KC cyclones and wired into the courtesy light system. I do need to wire in a switch.
