We’re down to an unknown wiring issue or ECU took a crap. Not sure where to take it. Exploring trailer options to take it to Denver. All ideas welcome. All relevant relays, fusible links and fuses gave been replaced. No CEL in on position.
The title says it all. I'm trying to find a set of gray cloth 2nd row seats for a 1994 80 Series. I'm in AZ and willing to travel to surrounding states to pick up. I don't need 3rd row seats or front seats, only the 2nd row.
Buddy of mine in Clearwater is building a 60's International Scout and is in need of a fabricator. I told him I would check with the Cruiser community on who y'all would recommend. Someday we'll get him on the right platform but can't ague with the Scout too much. Its pretty cool. Thanks in...
I'm no Dr. Seuss but this thing looks like one of those Big Green Egg grills and its piloted by a notorious fatass and sometimes HAM operator, the obvious naming choice would be Green Egg and Ham, but since the previous owner dressed it up as a... Lexus LX Four-and-a-half... I think I'm going...
Overview:
Looking for a more challenging run? Haven't done Backway to Crown King in awhile? Well have I got good news for you! Many reports over the last year or so have suggested that the Backway to Crown King has gotten rougher due to erosion and damage from the SxS traffic. It seems many...
TRAIL DETAILS:
Due exclusively to the river crossing OnX rates this as a 5, but I would rate it a 2. Assuming the river is passable, its not hard but it is fun. Of some note is a silty-sandy section that gets pretty rutted and can result in a quick tug or winch being necessary if traction is...
Great run! Thanks to everyone who came out. It was a lot of fun and I appreciate everyone's flexibility! Reply to the thread with your photos! Here are some of mine:
Just putting this together, but the idea would be for us to meet up at the "Donuts in the Desert" Food Drive event at...
I'm building a list of vendors that sell and/or make aftermarket parts for the 200 series. This isn't about promotion, its about building a handy reference. I've got many bookmarked in my browser but I hadn't seen a good listing. Trying to keep it simple, and I will move new entries from the...
With registration now open, might as well get this thread started. Looking back at previous years it doesn’t appear to be any specific person’s responsibility to set up the thread.

I need to make a trip from Arizona to Western Illinois this week and will be encountering extreme cold in the neighborhood of -20f with highs around 2f during part of my stay in Illinois. I really only have two concerns that are specific to my truck in particular. Like most, my original...
I haven't seen this setup from Superior Engineering before, but am intrigued. Any thoughts from the community on having in-cab adjustability of compression? I generally understand Superior Engineering to be a top rate manufacturer, so I would think they are good quality, but what does the...

On my way back from LCDC 8 in Breckenridge, I'll be leading a group to Ouray for a few additional days of trails.
Friday July 29th - Meet in Lake City, Co for lunch and fuel then take Engineer Pass (North Section of Alpine Loop) to Mineral Creek and on to Ouray. Plan to arrive in Ouray in the...
I'm planning to leave Breckenridge sometime Friday (July 29th) morning and head to Ouray. I know a number of other LCDC folks are thinking of doing the same so instead of clogging up the LCDC thread... let's coordinate here.
UPDATE: Tentative Plan as of July 6, 2022
Friday July 29th - Leave...
Just popped down to LeksFixIt for a diff service. Really liked the shop, chatted with the techs who were very knowledgeable. They didn’t mind at all dealing with my budbuilt skids and were even interested in the design and how they integrate. I spent time under the truck familiarizing them...
Was thinking about redundancy for airing up if the ARB Compressors were to fail at an inopportune timed and was wondering if I would be able to carry my spare (max inflation pressure 50 psi) inflated to like 80 or 90 psi since there is no load. This would allow me to connect the 4 way Indeflate...
I've notice the bushings on the front LCAs and Sway Bar Links are in pretty bad shape so I ordered all new LCAs and links during the big SE Region Toyota parts sale. They should all be here today. Also considering upgrading to BP-51s at the same time. Is there anything else I should just go...
I'm replacing the bumpers on my 200 series. Going with the Rhino 4x4 Evo 3 for the front and the ARB (non-swingout) for the rear. I'm looking to have them both color matched to the Classic Silver Metallic body color. What I don't know is if I should try to color match powder coat to the...
