I believe @overton has history with this rig. It is a USDM 1983 and is very unique in that it has the vent windows. Theory was, with so few 1983s brought to the US, Toyota ran out of USDM doors and sent this one over with the doors designed for other markets.

It sold some years back…and has a documented history.

As an 83, with factory P/S and A/C, it is of the rarest FJ-40s ever…so I’d say $85K is very fair and it would likely bring more on BAT.

Strange that the current owner offers so little info in their ad.

Yes sir! @G-Cat. I sold this truck to the current owner. Wing windows and all. It’s a good one for sure. (Not like there many to choose from.) I can fill in the blanks if anyone has an interest.
