Just FYI for those of you using a broom or 2x4 to hold your hood up, RockAuto has StrongArm struts on clearance. Great product at a great price. Currently $13.18 at RockAuto, they are $34.90 on Amazon.

I bought something like this on amazon for $21 shipped via Prime. I used it on my LC and now is using it on the LX, no issues here. Rather strong lift too.

Don’t think so. Strong Arm lists the lift gate as 4362L and 4362R. The hood is 4361.

I think the hatch ones are shorter, probably a different rate too.
