Truck has 150k miles. I did an upper plenum pull and noticed that a couple of the rubber fuel lines under the plenum are dry-rotted and cracked. I want to replace them with Toyota OEM rubber.

Does anybody know the part numbers for these two lines?

I was also going to replace the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter since I have the plenum off. Is there any other "while I'm there" type stuff that I should do while I have the plenum off? Maybe power steering lines? Injector service and seals? Spark plug seals and valve cover gasket? Knock sensor?

I'm already doing PHH, FHH, rear heater bypass, PAIR delete, EGR delete, and deleting all the vacuum lines under the plenum.

Thanks in advance!!!

Since both those lines are on the return side (not the high pressure side) of the system. If you like you could just replace them with bulk rubber fuel hose from your local auto parts store.

Thanks!

If they’re pre-formed and have a specific part number, I’d rather get them from Toyota.

But ..............o_O

all The Hose Clamps have a specific part # and should be replaced as well , due to spring tension loss over age & time

Great point. Feel free to include the hose clamp part numbers too.

Have we actually confirmed this is an issue?

^ yes, definitely a problem, along with the muffler bearings that should be rotated on every oil fill or the HG will blow.

Dear god... only on mud :)

cheers,
george.

Bulk FUEL hose from the parts store is fine. Those are not and don't need to be pre-formed.
the clamps might not fit on bulk hose though. Also, no need to replace them if they do fit. Its not a high pressure application.

Correct. They are not pre-formed from OEM.

They are cut-to-fit Toyoda Gosei hose. 95334-06010 and 95337-06020

Clamps: 96135-51100 x4

Awesome. Thank you!

It would be common sense & good safety measure to replace a 3$ hose clamp that retains gasoline in your engine

compartment if it gets disturbed or removed for repairs

Why would it get re-used ?

I'm probably going to use these Breeze Liner hose clamps.

Insist on factory bulk hose and hold it on with inferior worm drive hose clamps? Okay....

No such thing.

There are different lengths of fuel hose, but nothing that long.

I think I screwed up and ordered the wrong thing. I was trying to replace the return fuel line hose from the FPR return line to the hardline at the driver's side fender. There are two hoses there. One is about 6" long form the FPR to the hardline under the manifold, and the other is about 25" long from under the manifold to the hardline at the DS fender. When I received my order, neither hose was 25"+ long. Which part number is for the fuel hose 25" long from the hardline under the manifold to the hardline at the driver's side fender well?

I looked all over the parts diagrams and wasn't able to find them either. :(

Does anyone else have a clue?
