Your only solution with oem set is to be a true contractor. Before shipping this truck to you, I had the chance to load it with tiles or a project and dang this still has some little stiffness.

I like to run hard lines as much as possible. My thought is less to snag or puncture while on the trails. Hard lines last longer and look better, too.

And speaking of paint, I guess that will pick back up today. Going to start with finishing off the sides of the cargo area before moving to the externals of the rear quarters and back end. Drove it out to the front for a couple more pics😁

Ha, yes, thanks Jim! It won’t be anything near Target Carrier, Mud Hen, or Rear Body Mounts level, but it’s everything I ever wanted to do, especially once the paint is done. Back in the early days it used to take quite a while to save up money...

Darren, I don’t even bother trying to extract those in one piece since they usually break or get damaged. New ones are about $12.

I hear you. I drive mine often. Not really a fan of the SWB 70s either, FWIW.

This truck is awesome. Maybe I sell my FZJ70 and keep this. What a fun parts truck.
