Cooler fuel means dense fuel + Horsepower. Retrofitted oil bath air cleaner will be our fuel cooling can. Mounts to the factory mount on the head and as a added bonus I have added a Bluetooth smoker meat thermometer which will read the temps...

I picked up the new front springs Friday. Like everything I have done on the 45 there is a lot of guess work. After getting everything mocked up I realized the springs are not stiff enough, So I am going to have to add leaf's and get things fine...

I run one of those cheap like $10 electric diode fuel pump - they last me about 10 years (I carry a spare) Really expensive ones last 5. Fuel pump block off plate eliminated the oil leak. Not a purest.

If The engine has not been turned over in that many years, I strongly suggest removing the spark plugs and squirting the MMO into each plug a couple times for a couple days, let it sit overnight, then do the startup.

If the tstat doesn’t remedy the problem, then it’s radiator time. Either have yours rodded by a shop, or spring for a new one.

I was thinking about applying but my specialty is mistakes and rework when it comes to working on Land Cruisers. One thing that I can say is that I am very consistent! Great shop, congrats and good luck with the search!

obviously you've been driving it for years like that but you have a +85 ("3F") bellhousing and a pre-85 clutch fork which actually do not really juve well together have the spacer block you have installed to "fix" the slave cylinder location...
