Saw James Taylor last week, one of my favorites. Voice slipping a little from when we saw him a couple times 15 years ago but still an incredible performer. He surrounds himself with some incredible musicians.

Just turned 79, headed toward 80 next year Used to say 70 was the new 60. Now thinking 80 may be the new 90. As one of my favorite singer-song writers James McMurtry (son of Larry) says..."It's a damn short movie. How'd we ever get here?"...

It’s that time of year. Got lucky this season, coworker knocked a couple down a while back that he decided not to burn. 2+ cords for the taking. Pretty easy splitting too. This one I’m just going to leave here

Should have papers soon for my daughter to start driving Uncle’s (RIP) 2014 Avenger, only 26K kms on it and still good shape despite sitting six plus years. Today was battery, oil change, bleed a litre of new brake fluid through it.

We go through a bit more than that. The boiler outside takes somewhere @ 6 or 7 cords and I'll burn a cord in the fireplace. Good for you taking care of your Mom. 👍

I welded a receiver tube on the front of my trailers and have a 9,000lb warn bolted in a cradle, so I can more the winch around to different vehicles, trailers, etc. Works great on the farm, that way it isn't just sitting on one trailer doing...
