Narrow S.S. | Interco Tire
I just ordered a set from these guys. I'm too stupid to button my soft top up before it rains so this was the way for me to go.
I'll make some type of stainless bracket and use the holes where the sun visors were to anchor them.

Good tires. Does your rig have a lift kit ?
33's are pretty tall and the 10.5 width is quite a bit for the stock 5.5 inch wide rims too. It'll work but it's really pushing it.
It aint about the seats. It's about the seat cover.:cool:
Junkyard Toyota seats. Stripped, blasted, polyuread, new foam, covered foam with plastic and plastic with Microfiber.
$120. For both !
Do the gurus here know of an automatic tranny that will bolt to a B diesel or has anyone seen something adapted ?
My neighbor is an old guy who cant handle the clutch any more.(75 BJ40).
Damn nice job on those fenders. I just built a set myself.
It's a bit of :censor:work but well worth the effort and far, far stronger than a replacement set.
I got a lil crazy and used 316L stainless but I live in the jungle so I use SS or aluminum any time I possibly can.
Ya know what they say about opinions.:p
I bought one of mine from the guy who bought it new in 76. It still has drum brakes. I have no reason to change them. They work fine.
I live in Central America. It's full of cruisers with drum brakes. I also have a disk brake cruiser. They both stop fine.
Dunno. I think a bit of pressure from The Mud Crowd might make a difference.
They're a damn fine tire and we have the honor of having the crappiest roads on the planet.
The power company here uses them on almost all of the trux (Toyota of course).
The power players only respond to demands...
