Hopefully, this helps anyone considering running 35s. It takes a lot more work to do it right (no rubbing) than I was ultimately willing to undertake.
I did repaint the sway bars where it was rubbed down to bare metal. Everything is back to...
I am going to get this as a back-up just in case my sloppy repair fails. I would have done that in the beginning, but was leaving on a Pacific northwest trip in a couple of days and needed a quick fix. Excellent suggestion, as I had forgotten...
This is usually by weak signal from the key. If you're using the credit card key this can happen.
I've also found if I have a few items in my same pocket as the key fob this can happen occasionally. Jiggle the fob in your pocket or remove it...
You going to be at Cruiserfest?
Ok. Just a modest collection. The essentials with stock backups. And the Wife’s 250 with a set of GX550 t/o wheels to get rid of the 20’s.

Discount is going to test fit for me. If the 35 still rubs, they'll test the 285/70 as well.
I’m not opposed to it. I did run spidertrax spacers on my 200 and had no issues. I do like the look of tires flush with the body as well as slightly lowered CG.
Well...
At full lock they are rubbing the UCA, the forward mud flap in the front wheel well (now removed), and (just barely) the vent protrusions in the forward liner. At least that's the case with these thrashed Maxxis.
I personally find the OT's seat far superior to the 200s "bench" of a driver seat. I never found the 200s seat uncomfortable but I always felt like I was sitting on top of the seat vs sitting 'in' the seat on the LX.
I'm not tall, but have a...
