Finally! Bottom is painted. Gonna seam seal a bunch, and probably spray some raptor liner or lizard skin on the bottom before declaring that part "finished".
That's two coats of Eastwood on top of metal prep from POR I had on hand.

Was at the coast for work and found this guy in the parking lot...
Then had to do obligatory drive out on to the beach. There are only a couple of spots here where we can drive so anytime I am out this way have to make at least one pass.
I think I just fixed this actually, after more research and seeing a lot of folks with the single carpet piece intact, I decided to try to make that work. I got rid of the buckling when the seat was up by taking the tailgate edge of the carpet...
