You can do the alternator without pulling the radiator. Pulling the radiator will make it easier, as you'll have more room. If you go down that route, waterpump, idler pulley, tensioner pulley, thermostat, would all be reasonable to consider.

I would have thought that if you'd crawl under there you'd find a 2" x 2" receiver. However, I've learned that many of the Japanese imports have bolt holes for a pintle hitch, but no receiver. There are aftermarket bolt-on 2"x2" receivers...
