From the write ups I’ve seen on the sensor lift adjustment, it looks like people remove the fuse to disable the system after they adjust. Can I just adjust the sensors to get that extra little bit of lift and leave everything else as is? Thanks in advance!

The point of a sensor lift is just that, a bit of lift without disabling AHC. Most people don't remove the fuse after a sensor lift and I don't understand why anyone would.

The fuse removal strategy is bunk and not a useful strategy. AHC height is a small part of what the system does. The money capability is really its active functions.

So yes to your question, adjust and enjoy.

I think the only scenario that I would remove the fuse would be if I needed to book it back to civilization in extreme weather or terrain and needed speeds higher than 20MPH in Hi to do it.

Also hope the unplanned exfoliation has cleared up by now, OP.

Yeah, no. There's no useful situation necessitating removal of the fuse.

If there terrain is extreme enough, you're going to want to be in 4lo. In that mode, AHC will keep a taller posture overall including an auto-extract height level and can only help in the most extreme cases. It will also retain a high posture to about 50mph.

50 mph in low range??

50 mph in low range??

Yeah I run in low range 90% of time off-road. Low range will definitely reach those speeds. If it's nicely graded that's not really off-roading to me, and trying to run around in a lifted position is just posturing.
