When I was flying frequently I would pride myself on landing on the centerline no matter what the conditions. Now it seems I can’t park between two dang lines some days, of course mostly when wife in car.
Took my driver’s test in a 1976 F150 long wheelbase. Had to parallel park that puppy between two cars. No problem.
Probably couldn’t do it as well today. 😂
Living in NW Colorado water was always a concern. We had decent well but sediment would mess up our new washer/drywr and had to put fancy filter in it.
45 minutes to west, it was common for folks living there to have to get water in town and...
Love this, wife and I spent couple hours in town this morning after driving our 79 F150. Most of our time talking to folks about the truck.
Surprisingly had a few young ladies not even old enough to drive holler “I like your truck”.

Went to ranch for a couple weeks to help the folks with water system, they are hauling water daily again this fall…getting stale.
Hard digging it all to 7feet deep for the tired 200ex, we ended up putting in new injectors before we melted...
If it’s a single-belt, wide groove pulley you’re after, I have a box full of them, and a one-day, no minimum order sale coming up on Thursday.

I would return for a full refund. It's a mix of years and when you, or your mechanic, need parts that's going to be an issue. If in a few years your infatuation with it wears off and you try to sell it you'll likely loose money. Get the refund...
I personally wouldn’t deal with a salvage or marked title. Some people might. The vast majority of the guys on Mud would hesitate on that truck as a ‘78 with any type of title.
