Used some tiny screws and hardware to secure the new interior vents and the duct register.
New vent, with my heater plumbed up to it.
Other side just got a new stock duct and exterior/interior louvers.
Nothing was really wrong with the duct...
Been a while! Life's been busy, but last week I took my buddy Miguel out across Utah and Nevada into the Lost Sierra in the Troopcarrier. 2,600 miles round trip. Zero issues. Unless you could third gear, 45 mph up all those Basin and Range...
I had my back work done by a neurosurgeon. Went into the hospital in a wheelchair, barely able to walk.
Two hours after the surgery stood up as if I was a new person.
Core work is key afterwards. I’m 6 yrs post surgery doing 100+ mile...
I hope you keep it. I had a fusion 5years ago. I have a physical job, still wrench heavily, (Engine/trans swaps, etc) and have drove my cruiser across country many times. Good luck!
I ordered some parts through Rock, Auto, and one of the boxes came in today, I noticed these two stickers on top of the box
Wondering if the driver is part of the forum?
Thanks for dropping off the box!
Looking for a front floor liner for my 1993 FZJ75 Troopy. Brown, black, tan, grey....whatever is in better shape than what I have. Also looking for front floor mats.
Thanks,

Since installing the new rear bumper, I have been having issues with the heavy right door closing on me in certain situations. Luckily, I saw a posting on an Aussie Troopy forum where someone installed some gas struts. $38 later on Amazon and...
I was sent to a civilian surgeon when I was AD. I was advised to avoid a back fusion as it leads to future fusion of the vertebrae above & below the original fusion. I'm not trying to tell you to do anything here, just sharing what I was told...
I don't know what to say Paul. I hope things go in a good direction.
I also hope you won't sell your Troopy. Put it away safely for a while if you have to. Your troopy will wait for you.
And after doing nothing with mine for years we've...
Ok after very mixed opinions and rather polarizing talk about the EJ40, Let's get back to talking about internal combustion engines. On this week's episode I talk to @davegonz about his purpose built 70 series troopy bike hauler. You'll have to...
Last night I finally got everything bolted together. The airbox lid is 80 mm or about 3.15 inches. I bought some 3.25 inch silicone couplers and a 12 inch 45° intercooler pipe. I cut it down to size and used a cheap bead roller to make absolutely...
Oh he's not gonna pass from his cancer soon, it;s in remission and he has a great outlook........he just chose to spend the near future on other things other than this truck......
I ended up with a very simple setup. I can't remember all my reasoning since it was a couple years ago but here are some pics and a diagram.
I have a total of 4 vacuum lines. SICS and BACS are tied together with a T and go straight to vacuum...
I still need to install a fuse block somewhere under the dash to power the seats. For now, I have a cig lighter harness to adjust the seats. I'll get the fuse block knocked out next week.
Well, I was finally able to install the BMW seats with the new brackets that Planted sent me. I did have to weld in to 3/16" thk pieces of plate because the seat rails were wider than the Planted adapters. The seats are comfy as heck but are...
