Yes. This just feels like we're watching two men drop trou and do the helicopter with their welding whips to see who's spins in a larger radius.

Are you going to mix it up with a solid on the wing edges of the seats or going with the fabric all the way thru. Cause that would break it up and change the choices. If mine id go with the spec 5910 cause it has the cream orange and some black...

If the impacts are coming from the bottom, a less dramatic look change than sliders is to reinforce the backs of the rockers with thicker steel. I think I used 16 gauge there. Sliders are better obviously, but this change should help.

Needle scalers are awesome for cleaning crud, not sure if they make non-air version or not... Beautiful work though

Domestic duties kept me out of the shop for most of the day. I did get a bit of time this morning to wire wheel a few parts that I didn't want sandblasted and powder coated - too many flange facings and/or rubber seals. I had my powder guy hit...

ya know, i dont think there is a truly flat piece of steel on a pig, or any vehicle just for that oil canning thing, my Troopy for example looks like a bunch of flat square panels but nope, not a truly flat one to be found. at any rate, great...

@BoomerUZ yes, baud rate is correct. The goal is to be able to use a small tablet and an app like "RealDash"; right now the ecu talks to the computer no problem, but when put through the (data) usb to the tablet, nothing. I now have a CAN-USB...

Children and grandchildren were in town this weekend so I didn't get any shop time until this afternoon. Reassembled the clutch and brake assembly. It wasn't in terrible shape but looks brand new after powder coating. Happy I took the time to...

You guys... this thread is full of pics :) I am struggling getting my Link ECU to talk to a tablet so I can track things like engine temp - don't want to run it withough some feedback from the engine. I'll try to get some focus on it in the...

Back on the Bellview winch for a sec. I had one for a while but eventually passed it on - the brake is a friction brake and has to be clean and dry to function optimally, most people including me, don't trust them for offroading because they...

Top secret cause if Kim finds out I sent pic I’m a dead man! Swapped out new battery in big tractor (quite the the task) and I’m off to hook up to bat wing. Hauled old battery to town during chores with Clyde as we always do. Had to pick up...

Front disc is a safety upgrade and few purists ever knock off points for those. Different locking hubs (Aisin vs Warn) and you may need to relocate the leaf perch. You will want a post october I think 1975 for the discs. 3 to 4 speed: Cruiser...

So I was curious and looked a bit further into the Austrailian regs (there are lots of them) - they do require an engineers signoff as expected, but there are some general requirements in there that may help the lay person - Queensland Code of...
