All the body damage on my truck is from following your ass in the woods at night!!!

I remember a night Matt W lost his 60 skid plate folliwing Rance at gmp.

Posted from a brick.

Sliders are on. Took me awhile to get the DS on because of working around the cats. Very solid. About 4 hours and I learned that new cats are very high on the list after GSMTR. Also need some taller front springs or some spacers, the stink bug is getting more pronounced the more weight I add.

I need to start a build thread for my 80 so I can post more stuff. May do that. Should it go in the 80 section or here in the STLCA section?

Looking good!!! You'll probably get more feedback in the 80 section.

************ The wife mowed a day or two ago, I need to weed-eat around the immovable object that I have demobilized in the yard. She even busted my balls and said the same thing.

:princess: "we are going to have to move the cruiser so we can mow under it"

Me: "it won't start, let alone drive right now"

:princess:: "Oh, well you need to get on that"

Me: :meh: "WTF you think i been doing out there. Polishing the chrome?"

:princess:: "************"

....Good times

**** good lookin sliders- yes the cats are a PIA to work around.

We'll have to get together at GSMTR-

Thanks and Just a word of advice, if you have a thread chase set, chase the 4 bolt-holes in the frame before you try to install the supplied bolts.

I spent like 2 hours trying to get mine chased out, 8x1.25 chase, and I was cusing ALOT, but when time came to bolt it up, the bolts went right in quick and easy. Made me feel all the fighting and cusing was well worth it.

And for sure, I am looking forward to putting some faces and real names with the forum handles.

2. Change the leaking pinion seal on the rear diff
3. Haven't made it to #3 yet

3. Clean air filter
4. Put roof rack on and take Thule bars off
5. Put Slee drag link on

 I don't care who ya are, that's funny right there!

VERY smart idea. I'm glad it worked out for ya. Not only do they go in a lot easier, but they'd be very likely to get stuck and break off in the hole if you didn't do that. :wrench::wrench:

Still need to do some work on my trailer, 3 different light plugs on my pickup and not 1 that matches my trailer. Need to start sorting stuff out and loading the runner so I'm ahead of the game when I get back home.

I'm in packing mode right now. Went ahead and bought some camping stuff that I needed or needed to upgrade. Going to pick up a folding table this weekend as well.

Getting back to working on the truck next week. All that's left is welding the cage in, painting it, and re-mounting the seats. :wrench:

I "fixed" my lack of dash lights by putting a jumper wire between two connectors to simulate the dimmer switch.

And I feel I am on the verge of Panic mode... stupid rain again. Second Saturday in a row. I may have to set up a tent over mine so I can work on it...

Got one of those 10 x10 pop up awning things that may be called into service.

My boy came thru, looks like I need to make sure I put some good anti-seize on the bolts and get this monster back together.
