I don't have too much else on my phone but my friend Scott has a write up here:

It's a super sick setup. Chopped 200 series (Heritage too!) with a Maltec camper on the back. Only two seats and a pass through to the camper. I drove down to Moab in it (4 hour drive) plus some time on trails there and it really felt a lot like a stock 200. According to Maltec, with the reduction in weight of glass, seats, etc. the whole setup only adds 400 lbs. Everything on the drivetrain is stock so it should still be under warranty.

Don't quote me on this because I think they want people to call in to order - but it's going to be $300K. I believe they're producing 7-8 more.
Freaking sweet setup. Wonder if they extended the wheel base.

^Puts all the money and effort where it counts.

Back in the early days of the 200-series, I didn't think any 200-series could be built in the image of monster tired 80-series. This puts things in perspective. And looks great to boot.

An 80-series on 37s recently stopped by. Can't say his car looked bigger or imposing than my 200-series. Don't get me wrong, it was still an awesome rig. Just not singularly monstrous as I've always pictured them in my mind. All cruisers are monsters!

Something about the 80 series. Just so damn good looking. Need one.

Range day ride.

Sister in-law to brother - "why are you both driving down to UT?"
Brother, "Well, he has to drive his 200 in case my disco doesn't make it."

He said it, not me.

Had to run to UT, figured we'd both drive and take some off road trails on the way home. We took a fun loop in northern UT I used to travel all the time when I lived there. It's been over 10 years. I kept telling my daughter "After this rocky section it gets smooth for a while." It was 4 1/2 hrs before the trail got smooth again. Ha ha.

Beautiful 200! How does it roll down the highway? Are those open country a 295/70 and curious of the road noise and comfort of them?
Thank you! It rolls very smooth. Floats over imperfections in the road surface and is very comfortable driving long distances.

The most noticeable difference from stock is how the weight transfers when the road curves to the left or right. The vehicle definitely feels heavier, which is expected.

Tires are Open Country AT3s at 285/75. This is my second set of AT3s and I love them. Minimal road noise and very comfortable. Of course not as quiet as stock but the 200 does a great job keeping the sound out for the most part.

Most of the noise comes from the light bar mounted where the roof rack wind deflector should be, but with the moonroof cover closed it’s not that noticeable.

Are you running wheel spacers with that setup?
