Finally got the Monstaliner sprayed on.

Installed the 180 degree free standing awning from OVS. Had to make some 1" HDPE spacers to clear the lip on the front runner rack, but otherwise was an easy install with 2 people. Build quality is nice on this thing, especially for the price point. Can't wait to make use of it.

My 98 is in need of a paint job, keep leaning towards monsta. Looks great!
Thank you! It is really simple to do. The stuff can be rolled on too, but I wouldn't roll it. Spraying it is so simple, like shooting drywall texture.

After spending more than I should have to get pads and rotors for a job that I thought my mechanic would be able to do on Saturday we found out that the truck is to tall to fit into the front door of his garage.
Today I’m reaching out to everyone I know with a large garage to see if they can fit me in for brakes + CV + muffler replacement.
All in all not so bad for a 21yo truck.

Took my girls down to Padre Island National Seashore to do some camping over the weekend

Mostly installed the winch and cranked the torsion bars for the arb and winch.
Need to get some longer bolts for the winch mounting point so I can use lock washers

What winch did you go with?

A mechanic that can't fit a Land Cruiser in his garage??? Are you having a Ferrari Dealership do work on your Cruiser?

Busy last couple days.

Yesterday afternoon- finished the paint correction on the passenger side, put the spare under it (turns out a 305/70/16 will fit under there in stock location), started planning the fridge setup.

This evening- replaced front wheel bearings and races, packed with moly grease. Kinda insane how loud the old ones were.

Didn’t like the looks of the factory tundra wheels so I decided to rattle can it. I’m still trying to figure out a good way to use the tundra caps for the front, thinking about using a hole saw and then adapting a plastic tube to clear the dust cap. Any thoughts on how best to do this?
