LOWER PRICE! 2006 Lx470, 152,534 miles, Cypress pearl, Near Albany, NY
The time has come to part with my 2006 Lx470. I am the second owner and the car currently has 152,534 miles on it. I had planned on converting thi to an overland rig once something major went wrong, but I have been blessed with a 4th child and I just don’t think this will work for my plans and what I will need to carry, so it sadly is time to part ways. It’s cypress pear exterior with the beige/grey two tone interior which is very clean overall but not perfect. It has scratches/dents and paint chips as well as some very minor areas of peeling clear coat (near the rear passenger side window, around the antenna) and small surface rust spots. The AHC has also unfortunately failed, and rather than diagnose/fix or change the suspension, I...
2006 Land Cruiser / 240k Miles / Birmingham, AL
Looking to move on from my 2006 Land Cruiser (~240,000 miles), which I've had for the past ~7 years. I’ve kept the truck in very good condition, and maintained it meticulously over since I bought it. I have 7 years of maintenance records available. Since buying it, I had a trailer hitch installed, and just put new KO2's on it in March 2023 (not pictured). Several months ago, I started to have issues where the truck would crank fine, but wouldn’t run, which I'm understanding is an infamous problem with LC 100s. Diagnostics pointed to the immobilizer; my usual mechanic said that it would have to go to a dealership, so I had it towed to a local Toyota dealer. The dealer tried replacing the keys / remotes (transponders), and that didn’t...
CT: 2001 Lexus LX 470 - White & Rust Free in New England 260k
Hi All, brought home a "project" earlier this year that I was planning to keep on the backburner, but wife isn't having it. 3rd kid on the way, just spent a few grand rehauling the suspension on my 1st Gen Tundra, and she's tired of this thing parked in the driveway. Project in the sense that the interior isn't the best... I've been looking for an interior donor for a while now and the ones that do come up aren't any better that it would be worth the swap. Been daily driven since I got it, AHC functional on KO2s. She's not the prettiest, but I bought her for the frame! Unfortunately, my wife thinks we've got other priorities than another 'old toyota'. Figured someone up in the north-east might want something they can put their...

First LX 470 purchase advice
hello everyone, first time poster here. i've gone down the rabbit hole and finally decided to get an LX 470 after debating it for years. my intent is not to be serious about offroading, rather to use it as a daily driver/cruiser and for the occasional road trip or mountain weekend getaway. i guess i've heard it referred to as a "mall crawler" 😅. although, i'm not opposed to tackling tough terrain and having fun with it if the opportunity arises. in my search, i came across a 2005 LX 470 with 148k miles selling for $15k that looks to be in great condition, especially the interior. timing belt/water pump replaced 100 miles ago along with the shocks. serpentine belt replaced at 129k miles. im not sure if the AHC is working, but carfax...

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Wanted to get some advice and opinions from you all regarding my vehicle, a 2007 with just over 190k miles. I’ve owned the car since 2020, purchasing it with about 144k. Unfortunately, I shouldn’t have overlooked the fact that it spent its life in WI and MN before coming here to IL :) The vehicle has treated me well and has had significant maintenance done over the years such as aluminum radiator, fuel pump, etc…lots of it preventative as I’m an OCD Porsche owner 😂, the car is running quite well. Unfortunately, I’ve had to do a few minor body related repairs due to rust, along with trying to prevent the underneath from getting worse with fluid film, I’ve done the best I can. The last 6 months...

Portland, OR 1998 HZJ105 STD. 64k Miles. Poverty Pack
Presenting for sale here before anywhere else: Another awesome truck from our revolving collection of great cruisers. There are two distinct versions of the 100-series, the 100 and the 105. The two versions look very similar, but there are significant differences under the bodywork. Despite these differences and official model names, both the 100 and 105 are collectively known as the 100 series. The 105 carried over the majority of its chassis and power train from the 80-series with coil suspended solid axles front and rear, and straight-6 petrol and diesel engines. These models were only sold in African, Australian, Russian, and South American markets. This is a prime example of a rare poverty pack 1998 HZJ105 Series Land Cruiser...

Bought this car earlier this year in hopes of just little it collect dust in the garage! Things have changed and I need a daily driver and don't want to put miles on this beauty.
