The time has come to part with my 2006 Lx470. I am the second owner and the car currently has 152,534 miles on it. I had planned on converting thi to an overland rig once something major went wrong, but I have been blessed with a 4th child and I just don’t think this will work for my plans and what I will need to carry, so it sadly is time to part ways.
It’s cypress pear exterior with the beige/grey two tone interior which is very clean overall but not perfect. Looking to move on from my 2006 Land Cruiser (~240,000 miles), which I've had for the past ~7 years. I’ve kept the truck in very good condition, and maintained it meticulously over since I bought it. I have 7 years of maintenance records available. Since buying it, I had a trailer hitch installed, and just put new KO2's on it in March 2023 (not pictured). Hi All, brought home a "project" earlier this year that I was planning to keep on the backburner, but wife isn't having it. 3rd kid on the way, just spent a few grand rehauling the suspension on my 1st Gen Tundra, and she's tired of this thing parked in the driveway.

hello everyone, first time poster here. i've gone down the rabbit hole and finally decided to get an LX 470 after debating it for years. my intent is not to be serious about offroading, rather to use it as a daily driver/cruiser and for the occasional road trip or mountain weekend getaway. i guess i've heard it referred to as a "mall crawler" 😅. although, i'm not opposed to tackling tough terrain and having fun with it if the opportunity arises.
in my search, i came across a 2005 LX 470 with 148k miles selling for $15k that looks to be in great condition, especially the interior. timing belt/water pump replaced 100 miles ago along with the shocks. serpentine belt replaced at 129k miles. im not sure if the AHC is working, but carfax...

There are two distinct versions of the 100-series, the 100 and the 105. The two versions look very similar, but there are significant differences under the bodywork. Despite these differences and official model names, both the 100 and 105 are collectively known as the 100 series.
The 105 carried over the majority of its chassis and power train from the 80-series with coil suspended solid axles front and rear, and straight-6 petrol and diesel engines. These models were only sold in African, Australian, Russian, and South American markets.

Bought this car earlier this year in hopes of just little it collect dust in the garage! Things have changed and I need a daily driver and don't want to put miles on this beauty.
The original owner is another mud member. Spent its life in Florida and the last ~8months in Las Vegas. Since my possession I've changed out both CV front boots, full timing belt maintenance at 58k miles, hardwire NoCo Genius battery maintainer for easy plug-in when not driving it for a while, JVC double din unit with Apple CarPlay, upgraded Kicker speakers, and reverse camera. Not sure how anyone can backup without one nowadays haha!
