I'm looking for 4 solid steel wheels to fit on an '85 4x4 pick-up. The wheels from a FJ40 will work. I'm currently running 16 inch split rims.
The time to sell this truck may be near. I just bought a Honda Ridgeline ( I know I know:) ).
Note this truck is now 25 years old and therefore available for import to the U.S.
I imported this truck from Japan back in 2007 with about 90,000kms (56,000 miles) and have been driving it since. Mostly I drive it to work (5 miles), with the occasional weekend trip (camping, etc). It now has 135,000kms (84,000 miles).
Some details:
It's a 1990 LN106 with the 2.8 non-turbo diesel (3L)
100% stock - no mods. Original paint - no evidence of repainting or accidents.
Limited slip rear diff
5-speed
Air, tilt wheel, AM radio. Pretty basic but all original and everything works.

This is a good running truck. It does have some cosmetic issues so if you're looking for a shiny like new vehicle, thanks for looking but this probably isn't the truck for you. However, if you're looking for a rock crawler project or just a good fun truck this may be your deal. It has 128k on the clock.
Asking 3500.00 $1500 due to needing new egr and won't pass smog.
This was bought for my son a few months back, sadly the young man didn't hold up his end of the deal (passing grades) and his truck has to go.
We're the second owners, 171k miles (and counting, I use it to pick up parts and yard stuff), new brakes, shocks, recent front axle service, new timing chain/ gear/guides, head gasket, plugs wires, etc. 80% bfg AT KO. Basically I went over everything to make this a worry free truck for my son. No rust, just a nice little truck.

1986 Turbo Pickup for sale.
130,000 miles, mechanically sound. Just drove it from Bakersfield, CA to Houston with a trailer.
Turbo is still strong, kicks in around 2200 rpm. Runs strong, will do 70 mph on the highway without the turbo kicking in. 5 sp manual, shifts well and synchros feel okay (not perfect). Transfer case shifts easy, 4x4 hi-lo is smooth and clutch is good. Turbo was replaced around 90,000 (I was told, I don't have any paperwork for that) New shocks, full curtis class 3 receiver, and new spare (big deal I know).
Interior is in good shape, seats are all good, floor matts have worn through in a couple places. Small crack in the center of the dash is starting.
Now the bad news... the bed is rusting above...

This is the best vehicle I've ever owned. These are legendary and this one has lived up to the reputation. I've owned this truck since it had 28k miles and run synthetic fluids in all areas and have records and receipts. It and it has been the most reliable vehicle I can imagine owning under all conditions. Growing up, 4 kids, and three jobs is not allowing me to have the time to keep up anymore so I am reluctantly selling. It is starting to show it's age with the rust (rockers cut out and needs cab corners) Fix it up or wheel it hard, it will go anywhere. Located near Cincinnati, Ohio. Interior pics to come but the interior (blue) is good condition for the age and miles (was babied once upon a time).

It is a sad day, I have to sell my Hilux.
It has taken me 9mth to find this honest tidy example of a Hilux and I have own it for 2yrs before the wife and I decided to take a year off and do a lap of Australia. so we are selling all our belongings including the trusty Hilux.
It is a 3.4L V6 petrol with a Auto transmissoin with 217000lm and has full service history and I change the oil and filter every 5000km with out fail.
I only run it on 98 Octaine and have just had the A/C serviced and recent new tyres, brakes around.
It has a canopy and TJM bull bar (winch compatible) and side steps.
and has dual battery kit just needs a battery.
The body work is in great condition as it is always kept clean and polished.

1989 3.0 V-6 $6000.00 Long block motor with 24K on it. Downey Headers, SAS using all Marlin Crawler components 5" springs up front, 4" springs in rear, front axel is out of 85 truck with Detroit lockers front and back, 5.29 gears, 35" tires. 53k original miles, no accidents. 22r, 5 speed. Gently driven and owned by a school teacher. He passed away 3 years ago at which point the truck sat while the estate was in probate. I purchased it from the estate executor, who put about 100 miles on it. The school teacher was the original owner. It just received a full tune-up, and could be driven across the country. No rust. 100% original. $13k.
