1996 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 my daily driver until May when I picked up a newer truck.
185,xxx miles. Purchased in 2015 with 148,xxxx. I believe I'm the 4th owner, I know it's been in at least one accident (not me) is a clean title.
I took it from stock to a mild over landing truck but never got around to a snorkel or triple locking. Not Triple Locked, CDL only.

Time to thin the herd. Bought the 1995 a few years ago from the original owner and had Slee turn it from stock to nicely built truck. Have enjoyed it, but need to turn it over to someone with more time for off-roading who wants a great 80 that is ready to go.
298k original miles. Head gasket is original, but I have had the exhaust gas in the radiator test done twice to rule out any current problem. Came back with no indication of exhaust gas in radiator. Mechanic said that some engines don’t develop the problem. He said more important than mileage is the maintenance that was performed. I have receipts for all scheduled maintenance done since 2010, and all the work I have had done. Never had problem passing emissions in Denver County...

New water pump, shift solenoids in transmission, front main seal, spark plugs, fuel filter, brake rotors and pads, fresh paint, front axle bearings were repacked not too long ago, new exhaust and catalytic converters. There are some things I’m forgetting, a lot of documentation to go along with it.
Over all, the truck is clean inside and out.

Looking for a clean daily driver, I would prefer something with around 150k miles or less. I am in Houston TX so a car located in any major Texas city(Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth) would be preferred. A car near Nashville TN would be great too, I spend a lot of time there so that would also be convenient. I am open to buying a car outside of that area if you are able to take the car to a Toyota dealer for an inspection(that I would pay for). A green car would be great but I am ok with any of the factory colors except red.

I bought this truck about 4 years ago with BIG plans for me and my son to dive deep into the overlanding space! 4 years later I've added a wife + her 2 kids and it just doesn't fit our collective needs. I guess we're getting a camper 😩. Any the Lexus has right at 186k miles on it, runs and drives great! AC / Heat all good. It will be easier to lost the things that either need work or don't work.
1. Radio isn't plugged up or the speakers don't work 🤷🏻♂️ wasn't an issue for me. Radio comes on but no sound.
2. Drivers window works intermittently. Pretty sure it's a connection issue.
3. Sunroof doesn't open... doesn't leak either!
4. Seats are in rough shape.
