1965 FJ40 Dune Beige. SBC 350, 400 A/T, 3 speed Transfer case. 4" lift. Very little rust anywhere. I had it removed, treated and painted wherever I found rust. Paint on body is not perfect, it has some very small dings. It was painted many years ago by P/O. I had it cleaned up, treated with preventative and painted underneath 2 years ago. What you see in the pics is from a muddy road. All new brakes, rotors, drums and shoes plus Knuckle rebuild done by OTRAMM last year. New master cylinder and proportioning valve rebuilt. Up for sale is my 1971 FJ40. I've owned this 40 since 2014. Wish I could keep it and could turn it into what I've always wanted, but being active duty doesn't quite allow me to do that. I'll list every single thing I can remember good and bad about it. I would like $12,000 for everything with it, but please if my price is crazy I encourage the community to let me know, I haven't been on Mud or even been able to think about turning a wrench on my 40 in more than 2.5 years. This is by no means a running and driving rig, it ran and drove before parked but more than likely won't start right now. Sooner or later I will figure out that I just need to buy a completed truck. I just don’t go for these projects and don't have money I want to spend on someone doing it for me. I was planning on making one diesel 40 out of these 2 trucks and then selling the extra stuff. I bought these from YoYoHo a couple years back and they have just sat in storage since. Besides an oil change on each nothing has been done. The mechanic I use confirmed the 2B has recent work and the engine is strong. Axles and the rest of the running gear in great shape. I have decided to put more money towards my fj62 and also create some room in the driveway for my 16 year old to get a 4runner or Land Cruiser. MUD PRICE--- $16,000 Asking $17,000 on FB, but on mud I am willing to negotiate and work with serious buyers.
